Patient Terms of Service

RadiologySave Cash-Pay Diagnostic Imaging Marketplace

Effective date: June 16, 2026  ·  Last updated: June 16, 2026

These Patient Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the RadiologySave marketplace and your purchase of diagnostic imaging procedures through it. RadiologySave (“RadiologySave,” “we,” “us”) operates an online platform that lets self-pay patients (“you”) find, compare, book, and prepay for imaging procedures at independent, participating imaging centers (each, a “Center”). By booking or purchasing through RadiologySave, you agree to these Terms.

Key things to know before you book

RadiologySave is a marketplace and technology platform — we are not a medical provider and do not perform imaging or interpret results. The price you see is one all-inclusive price. You pay it to confirm your appointment, and the imaging Center provides your care. If your study is not performed for any reason, you are protected by our refund policy (Section 7). Always cancel or reschedule through RadiologySave — not directly with the Center — so your booking and payment stay correct.

1.What RadiologySave Is (and Is Not)

RadiologySave is a cash-pay marketplace that connects you with independent imaging Centers and facilitates booking and payment. RadiologySave is not a hospital, clinic, imaging provider, or medical practice. We do not practice medicine, perform imaging studies, interpret images, or provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The Center you select is solely responsible for the imaging services it provides, including the conduct of the study, the equipment used, the supervising and interpreting physicians, and the radiology report. Your relationship for medical care is with the Center, not with RadiologySave.

2.Eligibility and Self-Pay Only

RadiologySave is for self-pay (cash-pay) patients. When you book through RadiologySave, you are purchasing the procedure directly and not through insurance. We do not bill any health insurer on your behalf.

No insurance billing; no federal program beneficiaries. You agree not to submit, and not to ask the Center to submit, a claim for a RadiologySave procedure to any health insurer or health plan. RadiologySave procedures are not available to, and may not be purchased by or for, beneficiaries of Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or any other federal or state healthcare program for the procedure being purchased. If a claim is nonetheless submitted to insurance for a RadiologySave procedure, we may cancel the booking and apply the cancellation terms in Section 6.

Referral / physician order. Some procedures require a physician’s order or referral before they can be performed. You are responsible for ensuring a valid order is provided to the Center where required. If a required order is missing and the study cannot be performed for that reason, Section 8 applies.

3.Booking, Confirmation, and Your Voucher

RadiologySave collects payment against a confirmed appointment. You start by submitting a booking request for a Center, a procedure, and your scheduling preferences (including any required physician order). Once a specific appointment date and time is confirmed with the Center, we send you an appointment confirmation and a payment link.

You pay the Patient Price to confirm that appointment (see Section 4 for timing). After payment, you receive a confirmation (a “Voucher”) showing the procedure, Center, and the scheduled appointment date and time. You present the Voucher to the Center as proof of prepayment.

Because payment is tied to a specific confirmed appointment, your Voucher is valid only for the procedure, Center, and appointment date and time shown on it. There is no separate standalone voucher to hold or redeem later. If you cannot attend, or need a different date, cancel or reschedule through RadiologySave (Sections 5 and 6) rather than changing it directly with the Center, so your Voucher and payment record stay accurate. If you change your appointment directly with the Center, your Voucher may not match the Center’s records and the Center could bill you directly.

4.Prices and Payment

The price shown for each procedure is an all-inclusive price (the “Patient Price”) that covers the imaging Center’s facility fee, the radiologist’s interpretation, and the report, as described in the listing. It does not cover any follow-up care, additional or different procedures, or services not described in the listing.

Payment is due once your appointment is confirmed, in order to secure that appointment. Unless we tell you otherwise, payment is due within 24 hours of your appointment confirmation, regardless of how far out the appointment is; for same-day or next-day appointments, payment is due promptly when the appointment is confirmed. If payment is not received by the due date, your appointment may be released. You pay the Patient Price as a single charge.

The Patient Price is the total you pay. We do not add separate booking, service, or platform fees on top of the Patient Price unless they are clearly disclosed to you before you pay. You authorize RadiologySave (and its payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the Patient Price.

You may be able to use an HSA or FSA card to pay. Whether a purchase is eligible or applies to a deductible is between you and your plan administrator; we do not guarantee eligibility.

5.Rescheduling — Always Through RadiologySave

If you need to change your appointment, reschedule through RadiologySave rather than directly with the Center, so your Voucher and payment record stay accurate. You may reschedule up to the cancellation cutoff in Section 6 before your appointment, subject to Center availability.

If you reschedule directly with the Center without notifying RadiologySave, your Voucher will show the wrong date, the Center may not recognize your prepayment, and you could be billed directly by the Center. RadiologySave is not responsible for charges that result from changes you make directly with the Center.

6.Cancellations and No-Shows

How cancellations and missed appointments are handled depends on when you cancel:

Cancellation before the cutoff. You may cancel through RadiologySave up to 24 hours (one business day) before your scheduled appointment and receive a full refund of the Patient Price, returned to your original payment method.

Late cancellation or no-show. If you cancel less than 24 hours (one business day) before your appointment, or if you do not attend your scheduled appointment (a “no-show”), we may retain a cancellation fee of 20% of the Patient Price and refund the remainder. The cancellation fee reflects costs incurred and the reserved appointment slot.

How to cancel. To cancel or reschedule, contact RadiologySave at contact@radiologysave.com or through your account. Cancelling only with the Center does not cancel your RadiologySave booking and does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund.

7.If Your Procedure Is Not Performed

If you arrive for your appointment and the procedure is not performed for any reason not within your control, you are entitled to a full refund of the Patient Price. This includes situations where:

  • The Center cancels or is unable to perform the study (for example, equipment malfunction, staffing issue, or scheduling error);
  • The Center declines to honor a valid Voucher;
  • The supervising or interpreting physician determines the study is not clinically appropriate, is contraindicated, or cannot be performed safely;
  • A required order, prior authorization of medical necessity, or clinical information that is the Center’s responsibility is missing through no fault of yours.

In these cases we will refund the Patient Price in full and, where possible, help you rebook at the same or another participating Center. If a different or additional procedure is recommended, it must be booked and priced through RadiologySave; the Center should not collect any additional amount from you directly for a RadiologySave booking.

8.Partial, Modified, or Different Procedures

If only part of a booked procedure can be performed, or the Center performs a different procedure than the one you booked, the Center will not bill you directly for the difference. Instead, the charge will be reconciled through RadiologySave based on the procedure actually performed, and we will adjust your charge and issue any refund or, with your authorization, any additional charge that applies.

If, before or during your visit, a clinician advises a different study than you purchased, you are not obligated to proceed. You may decline and request a refund under Section 7, or authorize the corrected procedure through RadiologySave.

9.No Balance Billing for RadiologySave Bookings

For any procedure booked through RadiologySave, the Center has agreed to accept payment through RadiologySave as payment in full for a completed study and not to bill you, your insurer, or anyone else for any additional amount for that procedure. If a Center attempts to bill you directly for a RadiologySave booking, contact us and we will work to resolve it. This does not apply to genuinely separate services you choose to obtain from the Center outside of RadiologySave.

10.Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5 to 10 business days after the refund is approved, though the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. If you paid with an HSA/FSA card, refunds are returned to that account.

  • Provide accurate information when booking, including any required physician order or clinical information;
  • Arrive on time for your appointment and follow the Center’s preparation instructions;

RadiologySave does not provide medical advice and does not recommend or endorse any particular Center, physician, or procedure. Listings, descriptions, and any educational content are for general information only and are not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Decisions about whether a study is appropriate for you are between you and your healthcare provider. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room — do not use RadiologySave.

13.Privacy

Our handling of your information, including health-related information, is described in our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices. By using RadiologySave you acknowledge those policies. We share only the information necessary with the Center to schedule and perform your procedure.

14.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadiologySave is not liable for the medical care, acts, or omissions of any Center or its personnel, and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to a refund of the Patient Price you paid for that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to bookings made after the updated Terms take effect. The “Last updated” date above shows when these Terms were last revised. Your continued use of RadiologySave after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16.Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Questions, cancellations, refund requests, or billing concerns can be directed to RadiologySave at contact@radiologysave.com.

By booking or purchasing a procedure through RadiologySave, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Patient Terms of Service.
