Privacy Policy
RadiologySave Cash-Pay Diagnostic Imaging Marketplace
This Privacy Policy explains how RadiologySave (“RadiologySave,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, mobile experience, and marketplace (the “Services”). It applies to information we collect as the operator of the marketplace. How health information is handled is described in more detail in the Notice of Privacy Practices in Part 2.
The short version
We collect what we need to help you find, book, and pay for imaging, and to run and improve the Services. We share information with the imaging center you choose and with vendors that help us operate (such as payment and scheduling providers). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health information to advertise to you. You have choices and rights over your information, described below.
1.Who We Are
RadiologySave operates an online marketplace that helps self-pay patients find, compare, book, and pay for diagnostic imaging at independent, participating imaging centers (“Centers”). We are a technology and marketing platform; we are not a medical provider. The Center provides your imaging care.
2.Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Information you give us. Contact and account details (name, email, phone, password); booking details (the procedure, Center, and appointment you select); information needed to schedule a study, which may include a physician order/referral and limited clinical information; and payment information, which is processed by our payment provider.
Information collected automatically. Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions with the Services, collected through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 6 (Cookies).
Information from others. Information from the Center (such as appointment confirmation or whether a study was completed) and from service providers that help us schedule, process payments, or verify information.
3.How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Operate the marketplace — create your account, show pricing, schedule and confirm appointments, process payment, issue your voucher, and provide customer support;
- Communicate with you — send confirmations, reminders, receipts, refunds, and service messages;
- Improve and secure the Services — analyze usage, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain security;
- Comply with law — meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
We do not use your health information to target advertising to you, and we do not sell your personal information.
4.How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to provide the Services and as described here:
| We share with | What | Why |
|---|---|---|
| The Center you choose | Your booking and the information needed to schedule and perform your study | So the Center can provide your imaging care |
| Payment processor | Payment details you enter | To process your payment securely |

| Legal / safety | Information as required | To comply with law or protect rights and safety |

We require our service providers to protect information and to use it only to perform services for us. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5.Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You can also update your account information and manage communication preferences. To exercise a right, contact us at contact@radiologysave.com. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law. Rights specific to your health information are described in Part 2.
6.Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure usage, and improve the Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We honor applicable opt-out preference signals where required.
7.Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and use of reputable payment and hosting providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8.Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods for health information may be set by law and by our agreements with Centers.
9.Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for adults. A booking for a minor must be made by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children except as provided by a parent or guardian in connection with booking care.
